Who we are:
Since 1991, Vicky Moore and Y.U.W.S.C. has been serving Memphis area residents and enriching the lives of senior citizens and youth. Ms. Moore, alarmed by the external deterioration of her community, developed a plan of action to address the critical issues facing her family and neighbors.
